Step-by-Step Guide

1. Prep & Mix (30 Sec): Wash hands, quickly mix 1 white and
blue/green putty together until the color is solid with no white streaks.

2. Load Tray: Roll putty into a sausage shape and press it evenly into the tray (put slightly more in the front).

3. Insert & Hold (3 Min): Pull lips back, center tray over teeth, and press firmly until putty covers your gum line. Hold steady without moving, talking, or adjusting for 3 full minutes.

4. Remove & Store: Open wide, pull/lift handle gently to release. Air-dry for 5 minutes, then place in the bag.
